Here at Parkway Plaza Tire the health of our customers and employees will ALWAYS be our number one priority. As concerns about Coronavirus (COVID-19) arise we want to assure you that we are all precautions necessary to keep our team and customers safe by following the guidelines set out by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World health Organization (WHO).
We are taking the following precautionary measures to help ensure your safety:
· Enhancing our cleaning and disinfecting procedures. All areas of offices are wiped down daily with antibacterial cleaning supplies. All employees are to wash hands extensively and follow proper hygiene habits
· We have advised all employees not to come to work if they are feeling ill. If anyone in the household is experiencing symptoms, we ask that employees stay home as well to limit exposure.
· Our associates will avoid handshakes and direct physical contact with customers as well as with each other.
· Our service technicians and mechanics will be wiping down your vehicle interior & access handles after service.
We will continue to monitor the situation daily and follow advice from the CDC and other health organizations in order to ensure everyone’s safety. We appreciate your business and patience and look forward to continuing to serve you.
